Several innocent Americans die and get injured as this mass-killer starts shooting from his “Ghost Gun” or “Assembled Gun”. So, these are the “Suicide Guns or Weapons’ . These suicides are impulsive surrenders due to stress (such as from financial or academic difficulties), relationship problems (such as breakups) or harassment/bullying. Factors that manufacture the risk of suicide include mental disorders, drug misuse, psychological background, cultural difficulties , family and social situations, genetics, experiences of trauma or loss and nihilism.

Thunder is merely a power of nature’s anger. The relationship between mind and matter means the relationship between fire and air. The respiration of earth is the life that defines the universe.
Spiritual and transcendental relationship between the earth and universe practices the relationship meant between the mind and matter. Humanity gives meaning to life defining the respiration of earth. The respiration of earth is the power of deities and angels. Physical health, mental health and health-related quality of life follow the influences of the respiration of the earth .The respiration of earth is the power of deities and angels. Yoga is the hallowed symbol of this power.

Prelude :
Flour ,sugar , dust , snow , sand and volcanic ash; being considered as powder ; represent multiple interpretations and manifestations . A staple food represents a source of energy. Intake of staple food delivers energy-needs. Rice is a staple food for the world population and is central to food security. Food-powder that supplied energy needs to the human population manifested and produced explosions in 8th century during the Tang dynasty. From that 8th century gunpowder, which is the earliest known chemical explosive ,through years and centuries , humans have developed a recipe of cannons ,firearms, artillery, rocketry ,dynamite ,atom bombs etc.
Creator uncovered deities, cultures and worship and produced a demon, a cult – known as “The Atomic Bomb or the Nuclear Bomb”.
Powers of powder were exclusively immortal.
The first atomic bomb was successfully detonated on July 16, 1945.
Robert Oppenheimer, the “father of the atomic bomb”, later recalled verses from the Hindu scripture Bhagavad Gita, “If the radiance of a thousand suns were to burst at once into the sky, that would be like the splendor of the mighty one “… “I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds”.

Creator, the source of atomic bomb, will successfully crush the power of powder using the power of peace.

Setting :
Russia invaded Ukraine on 24th February,2022 .Earth desperately needed the help of prayer to protect its nature and environment , to protect its honour and sanctity , to protect worship and benediction and not to protect the ornamentation of weapons.
Earth formed about 4.5 billion years ago .This is honour and benediction. This is worship and sanctity .
Humans emerged about 300,000 years ago and have been depending on Earth’s biosphere and natural resources for their survival and have never depended on guns and bombs for their survival. Russia’s invasion has been clobbering and trouncing that worship and benediction, that honour and sanctity .
Homo erectus , Homo neanderthalensis and Homo sapiens obtained food by foraging and hunting and lived a hunter-gatherer lifestyle . Scavenger-hunter-gatherer prehistoric human societies , for their survival , developed the food-producing techniques of agriculture which is known as Neolithic Agricultural Revolution .This started the trait of increasingly sedentary activities .
State of Affairs :
Humanity used biophysical environments; examples include the marine environment, the atmospheric environment and the terrestrial environment; for their survival. The incorporation of oxygen to the atmosphere formed the existence of oxygen-based life which is known as the Great Oxygenation event .Anaerobic micro-organisms modified carbon dioxide through metabolism and released the oxygen to the atmosphere .
Humans are omnivorous and have used a source of fire to prepare and cook food since the time of Homo erectus.
For their survival humans were dependent on a large and highly developed prefrontal cortex, the region of the brain associated with higher cognition and intelligence. Human mind was characterized by awareness, memory and imagination. Human mind was capable of forming views on development. This allowed the development of stone-tools, agriculture, domestication of various types of animals and various other complex tools .

Late modern period (1800–present) has been associated with the Technological and Industrial Revolution . Imaging technology, electronic and mechanical systems , major innovations in transport and energy development , space race , nuclear energy , robotic systems, artificial intelligence , VR-AR-MR-XR technologies have formed a distinct way of life.
The current “Information Age” leads to the rise of globalization and interconnection .
Our brain has been working optimally .But our lifestyle has become a sedentary (non-nomadic) one .As our body has retained its prehistoric structure, it becomes necessary for us to produce work .Human population is now facing the modern phenomenon of an underutilized body .

We are granting full freedom of action to the IDF, the ISA and all security forces in order to defeat the terrorism. There are no restrictions in this war nor will there be.
Dear citizens, we are in a difficult and challenging period. It could be that it will be prolonged. The second intifada was several years but in the end we won. The wave of lone wolf terrorism in 2015-2016 continued for almost a year and cost us 50 murder victims but in the end we won. This time too, we will win.
Attacks by lone terrorists without organizational infrastructure are a major challenge for the security establishment but it will meet them. Our enemies will seek out every crack and will exploit every opportunity to attack us.
I have no expectations from people who celebrate the murder of Jews by handing out sweets. However, we must have high expectations of ourselves. We, as a people and a state, will all need patience and strong nerves, and to be alert. But above all we need great faith in the justice of our cause in this land.
We will fight terrorism with a strong hand – and we will win. It is possible. Terrorism is not decreed by fate. Panic and hysteria are not a plan of action. I hereby call on the media to be responsible and level-headed and not sow unnecessary panic among the public. Israel and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have completed negotiations on a bilateral free trade agreement.
The issue was discussed by Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed at their meeting in Abu Dhabi last December, at which it was agreed to accelerate the contacts ahead of the signing, and at their meeting in Egypt last week, at which the leaders agreed to complete the agreement within days.
This is a comprehensive and significant agreement that includes – inter alia – issues regarding trade in goods such as regulation and standards, customs, trade in services, cooperation, government procurement, electronic trade and maintaining trademarks.
95% of the goods traded between the two countries are included in the agreement and will be exempt from customs either immediately or gradually: Food products, agriculture, cosmetics, medical equipment, drugs and more. The agreement is expected to take effect following the signing by Economy and Industry Minister Orna Barbivay and her Emirati counterpart and the ratification process in the two countries.
Prime Minister Bennett:
“This is an important moment in relations between the State of Israel and the UAE. Today the good relations that have already been forged between the two countries are being strengthened in the form of a free trade agreement that will significantly upgrade economic cooperation for the benefit of the citizens of both countries. There will be more trade, more jobs and good products at lower prices. I want to thank you, Mr. Secretary, for your personal commitment to the Abraham Accords and for your continued efforts to grow, nurture and further expand this important regional partnership.
Israel’s doors are as open as ever, as you’ve seen.
In a turbulent world, Israel is a force for peace, prosperity, stability and for doing good. That’s what we’re about. To be strong here and do good. And unfortunately, there are other forces in the region that are still violent and destructive.
As I just shared with you in the meeting, we’re concerned about the intention to delist the IRGC, the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps. Their proxy, the Houthis, just this weekend carried out a horrific attack on Saudi Arabia. I hope the United States will hear the concerned voices from the region, Israel’s and others, on this very important issue.
This week, at the end of the week, the holy month of Ramadan will begin. And our government is working very hard to improve the lives of the Palestinians in the West Bank and in Gaza. Just earlier today, my cabinet approved 20,000 workers from Gaza to be able to work in Israel. We’re going to be investing almost 40 million shekel in improving the crossings between Israel and the Gaza Strip to allow smooth and dignified movement between Gaza and Israel. While we can’t solve everything, we can improve the lives of people on ground and thanks to your help, this is happening.
As for the war in Ukraine, Israel stands firm with the people of Ukraine and is going to continue our effort to help reduce the suffering and end the bloodshed. We’ve already sent our top medical teams to set up the most advanced field hospital inside Ukraine, on the western side. I’ve been reported that they’ve already taken care and treated over 500 patients.
At this moment, at this very moment, doctors and nurses are risking their lives to save lives of those in need. I’m proud of what Israel is doing. And of course, we’re doing what we can, when asked, to contribute to the efforts to end this war. We do this while maintaining close coordination with the United States and with our European partners.
Tony, please send my gratitude to President Biden for his friendship and for keeping his promise regarding the Iron Dome, which saves lives. Israel greatly appreciates America’s commitment to our security.
The alliance between the United States and Israel is as strong as ever. And though we may have our differences, as friends do, it remains unbreakable. Thank you and have a productive visit here in Israel.”

“We appreciate all efforts by allies and partners to stop the catastrophic suffering that Russia’s aggression is causing for the people of Ukraine. And I have to say, we’re also grateful for the Israeli government’s efforts to provide humanitarian aid to Ukraine, including more than a hundred tons of food, medicine, generators and other vital supplies. And the field hospital. I had a chance earlier today, when I was with Foreign Minister Lapid, to actually connect directly with those who are running the field hospital. We did it virtually and it was very powerful to see that in action. This support is crucial as more and more Ukrainian men, women and child are being killed, maimed, displaced by Moscow’s attacks. More are trapped in barbaric sieges where they are denied food, water, medicine and where people are starving to death. Fully half the children of Ukraine have been displaced by Russia’s aggression. Half the children in the country.
I also made clear the conviction that the United States has that Israelis and Palestinians deserve to enjoy equal measures of freedom, security, opportunity and dignity. And that’s one of the principle reasons we support a negotiated two-state solution. The Prime Minister and his government have made important efforts to address some of the challenges facing Palestinians: increasing Israeli water sales to Gaza, granting permits now to 20,000 people from Gaza to work in Israel, legalizing the status of thousands of Palestinians in the West Bank. And we very much hope to see more efforts along these lines in the near term. We’re also encouraged to see members of the Prime Minister’s cabinet meeting with Palestinian leaders, including Defense Minister Gantz who I will see in a short while.
Our administration is also rebuilding America’s relationship with the Palestinian Authority and the Palestinian people, something I’ll continue to do today in Ramallah with President Abbas, and in east Jerusalem with leaders of that community’s vibrant and diverse civil society. We’re increasing humanitarian assistance to the Palestinian people, totaling half a billion dollars since April of 2021.
Today, we also discussed ways to foster a peaceful Passover, Ramadan and Easter across Israel, Gaza and the West Bank, particularly in Jerusalem, a city of such profound importance to Jews, to Christians, to Muslims. And that means working to prevent actions on all sides that could raise tensions, including settlement expansion, settler violence, incitement to violence, demolitions, payments to individuals convicted of terrorism, evictions of families from homes they’ve lived in for decades. It’s a message that I’ll be underscoring in all of my meetings on this trip.
At the same time, we are increasing our efforts to foster partnerships between Palestinian and Israeli grassroots organizations, businesses, young people, other parts of society through a five-year 250 million dollar Nita M. Lowey Middle East partnership for peace act. Right after this in fact, I’ll have a chance to meet with one of the program’s first grantees, a project that brings together groups in Gaza, the West Bank and Israel to tackle the interconnected problem of water scarcity. Efforts like this will not only improve people’s lives but build relationships that can help defuse tensions and violence and ultimately, lay a foundation for dialogue and for peace.
Finally, as the Prime Minister said, we discussed how we can continue to build on the significant progress of the Abraham Accords and normalization, including in the summit starting this evening in the Negev. The United States will continue, not only to support the work of those who have already normalized relations, but also to urge more governments to take this important step to the benefit of the people in their countries and far beyond.
Mr. Prime Minister, your recent trilateral summit with President El-Sisi and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed, as well as President Herzog’s visit to Turkey for meetings with President Erdogan and others, these are just the latest demonstrations of broader engagement that is made possible as normalization becomes the new normal throughout the region. And again I applaud Israel’s leadership, its engagement, its diplomacy in building these agreements and making them real.
So Mr. Prime Minister, thank you for hosting us today and again, for such a constructive, important exchange on everything we just talked about and more. This matter was discussed at the meeting between Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, in Sharm el-Sheikh last September.
This new agreement was formulated by Israel and Egypt over the last few days – and was finalized yesterday in Egypt by an Israeli delegation led by the Israeli Security Agency (ISA), following a long process carried out with the National Security Council and additional officials, together with the Egyptian government.

We, the leaders of the United Kingdom, Canada and the Netherlands are appalled by Putin’s unprovoked and brutal invasion of Ukraine. This is a horrific attack on a democratic, sovereign European nation, as well as a clear violation of Russia’s obligations under international law, including the United Nations Charter.
We call on Russia to uphold its obligation to fully respect international humanitarian law and human rights law, and to implement an immediate ceasefire that allows civilians safe passage, food and medical supplies.
We have seen extensive and indiscriminate use of force against civilians. This is prohibited by international humanitarian law. We will not spare any effort to ensure that violations of international law in Ukraine are investigated, that evidence is gathered and that the perpetrators are held accountable.
That is why the UK, Canada and the Netherlands joined the largest referral to the International Criminal Court in history to expedite an investigation. That is also why we welcome the urgent establishment by the UN Human Rights Council of a Commission of Inquiry with a strong investigative mandate. We stand ready to provide the necessary cooperation and assistance to support the ICC Prosecutor in its work.
We also condemn in the strongest possible terms Russia’s use of force in the direct vicinity of Ukraine’s nuclear power plants and other nuclear facilities and call on Russia to immediately cease these hostilities.
We will continue to stand strong in supporting Ukraine and applaud the heroism and strength of Ukraine’s resistance led by President Zelenskyy. Together we have committed significant economic and humanitarian assistance.
The UK, Canada and the Netherlands are close defence partners, both bilaterally and within NATO. In past weeks, our three countries have played a crucial role in strengthening the global response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, and have each committed to deploy additional forces to bolster NATO’s deterrence and defence posture in Eastern Europe in response to Russian aggression.
We have consistently underlined Ukraine’s right to defend itself against this unlawful aggression and have responded to requests by Ukraine for the provision of defensive military equipment. We call on the international community to stand by Ukraine’s right to self-defence and to respond to calls by Ukraine to strengthen its capabilities to defend itself. We will continue to do so and are bringing in further packages of defence support to Ukraine.
We have also worked with partners to bring in an unprecedented package of purposeful and punitive sanctions to isolate Russia’s economy and will continue to impose severe costs on Russia given this unconscionable attack. While the humanitarian situation in Ukraine continues to deteriorate, we reiterate the call for Russia urgently to de-escalate and to prioritise the protection of civilians. Ukrainian, UN and other humanitarian agencies, medical personnel, and non-governmental assistance providers must be given safe, rapid and unimpeded access. We have already committed substantially to the common humanitarian efforts of the UN, Red Cross and coordinating humanitarian aid organisations. The breakdown in the Mariupol ceasefire is a major concern. The lesson from history is that for such ceasefires to work they need to be as concrete, actionable and specific as possible.
In particular, we wish to highlight the plight of women, children, the elderly and other vulnerable groups fleeing the violence in Ukraine. We underscore the importance of addressing their specific protection needs, from family separation to psychosocial stress and trauma, to exploitation and all forms of violence. Our collective efforts to address the crisis in Ukraine must continue to address the needs of the most vulnerable.
The breadth of support across the international community for defending the principles of democracy and freedom has been unprecedented. This was demonstrated by the UN General Assembly when the international community unequivocally condemned Russian aggression, and committed to upholding the rules based international order with 141 member states voting in favour of the resolution entitled ‘Aggression against Ukraine’.
Today we invite Ukraine’s friends to unite in support of a shared commitment to sustain and coordinate the political, humanitarian, economic and defence support that is so vital for a free and independent Ukraine, and to continue to hold Russia to account for its invasion.

Joint Statement on Further Restrictive Economic Measures
FEBRUARY 26, 2022•
We, the leaders of the European Commission, France, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States condemn Putin’s war of choice and attacks on the sovereign nation and people of Ukraine. We stand with the Ukrainian government and the Ukrainian people in their heroic efforts to resist Russia’s invasion. Russia’s war represents an assault on fundamental international rules and norms that have prevailed since the Second World War, which we are committed to defending. We will hold Russia to account and collectively ensure that this war is a strategic failure for Putin.
This past week, alongside our diplomatic efforts and collective work to defend our own borders and to assist the Ukrainian government and people in their fight, we, as well as our other allies and partners around the world, imposed severe measures on key Russian institutions and banks, and on the architects of this war, including Russian President Vladimir Putin.
As Russian forces unleash their assault on Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities, we are resolved to continue imposing costs on Russia that will further isolate Russia from the international financial system and our economies. We will implement these measures within the coming days.
Specifically, we commit to undertake the following measures:
First, we commit to ensuring that selected Russian banks are removed from the SWIFT messaging system. This will ensure that these banks are disconnected from the international financial system and harm their ability to operate globally.
Second, we commit to imposing restrictive measures that will prevent the Russian Central Bank from deploying its international reserves in ways that undermine the impact of our sanctions.
Third, we commit to acting against the people and entities who facilitate the war in Ukraine and the harmful activities of the Russian government. Specifically, we commit to taking measures to limit the sale of citizenship—so called golden passports—that let wealthy Russians connected to the Russian government become citizens of our countries and gain access to our financial systems.
Fourth, we commit to launching this coming week a transatlantic task force that will ensure the effective implementation of our financial sanctions by identifying and freezing the assets of sanctioned individuals and companies that exist within our jurisdictions. As a part of this effort we are committed to employing sanctions and other financial and enforcement measures on additional Russian officials and elites close to the Russian government, as well as their families, and their enablers to identify and freeze the assets they hold in our jurisdictions. We will also engage other governments and work to detect and disrupt the movement of ill-gotten gains, and to deny these individuals the ability to hide their assets in jurisdictions across the world.
Finally, we will step up or coordination against disinformation and other forms of hybrid warfare.
We stand with the Ukrainian people in this dark hour. Even beyond the measures we are announcing today, we are prepared to take further measures to hold Russia to account for its attack on Ukraine.

In the next two days a plane will arrive in Ukraine with 100 tons of Israeli humanitarian equipment for civilians in the combat zones and those who are trying to leave. It will have water purification kits, medical equipment as well as drugs, tents, blankets, sleeping bags and additional equipment for civilians who are not in their homes in the cold winter weather.
At the same time, the Foreign Ministry and its personnel have been working around the clock to assist the Israelis who are at the border and want to leave there and come home. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them. You are doing sacred work.
As noted, later this evening we will hold a comprehensive Cabinet discussion of the implications of the situation for Israel: The diplomatic and economic aspects, the absorption of immigrants, etc.
Over recent weeks, we have prepared well for these moments. The Foreign Ministry, the Jewish Agency and others are functioning very well. Also in regard to food stocks and possible economic consequences for the State of Israel, we are prepared.
